Hole Montes has designated six key team members as associates, a leadership role recognizing their commitment to the company, profession and community.

Associates are employees who, over a period of several years, demonstrate a high level of technical competence, excellent project skills, leadership qualities and the ability to work effectively with co-workers. Hole Montes associates are expected to advance the company’s reputation with a commitment to excellent client service and extensive involvement in community, civic and professional organizations.

The associate designation is an initial step in becoming a shareholder at Hole Montes, a full-service Naples-based firm that provides environmental, transportation and aviation engineering services, as well as landscape architecture, site development, land planning, permitting, zoning, storm water management design, surveying and mapping.

Newly named associates based at Hole Montes’ Fort Myers office include John Baker, P.E., project manager; Tyler Bonnough, P.E., project manager; and Austin Brown, P.E., aviation project manager. Newly named associates based at the firm’s Naples office include Kevin Dowty, P.E., project manager; John Hilton, P.S.M., senior project surveyor; and Jared Mellein, P.E., public sector utilities consulting.

“Associates are internal leaders who serve as role models and mentors to other employees,” said Hole Montes President Bob Mulhere. “In just a few years, these six individuals have proven themselves invaluable within our company and community, and we’re excited to see them continuing their professional and personal growth as associates.”
