Land Development Projects

21st Century Oncology

Fort Myers, Lee County, Florida

21st Oncology occupied an existing building located south of the intersection of Colonial Blvd. and Solomon Blvd. which was a former Sears retail store. The store was renovated to be used as a regional hub office facility for accounting, training and administration of their many statewide branches.

However, over time the company grew where additional space was drastically needed. Recently, Hole Montes, Inc. served as the site development engineer for a new three-story 47,000 sq. ft. office structure to be located along side of the existing facility. The new office building along with a complete renovation of the former office building will provide adequate space for current needs and forecasted growth and improve administrative efficiency.

HM provided land surveying, site development and landscape architecture design for the lead architect, RS & H, Inc. The project required customary site permitting through the City of Fort Myers and South Florida Water Management District, and extensive coordination with FDOT related to site driveway access and drainage permits.
