Miromar Outlets & Design Center

Hole Montes provided civil engineering, survey and construction engineering inspection services for Miromar Outlets and Miromar Design Center (formerly International Design Center). Miromar Outlets features more than 140 top designers and brand name outlets, plus restaurants, banks, a gas station and the main offices for Miromar Development Corporation. This is an open air mall with the majority of the shops accessible from the main pedestrian boulevard. The mall’s main entrances are located on Corkscrew Road and Ben Hill Griffin Parkway with a back entrance to the Germain Arena located directly north of the site. The most recent expansion to the mall brought the approved development order square footage to almost 671,000 square feet.

Miromar Design Center is a commercial development located to the south of Corkscrew Road between the main entrance to the residential community of Stoneybrook and I-75. The 38.2 acre site is made up of a mixture of Commercial Plan Development (CPD) and Commercial General (CG) zoning under the name of Miromar Square CPD. Currently, the IDC, a CVS Pharmacy, and internal roads are constructed on the site with approximately 12 acres still available for development. The Miromar Design Center’s main building is proposed to be constructed in 3 phases with the first phase completed and consisting of 270,000 square feet. The site has access to Stoneybrook Golf Boulevard and Corkscrew Road.
